SMART START B&H: Association BOSPER held two workshops

Association BOSPER held two workshops in order to improve the production of traditional domestic products.

In the past period, the Association BOSPER has realized two workshops in order to improve the production of traditional domestic products. At the first workshop we presented the technology of preparation of tarhana and on the second production of apple juices.

Tarhana made in Bosnia is pasta for soup, which can be sour and plain. Tomato juice is added to the sour tarhana. With the addition of this pasta, we increase the nutritional value of soup and we also use tomatoes which exceeds one’s ability to consume it, in its regular tomato form.

For the apple juice, we offered another option for consuming, throughout the year, this healthy food, which many call "heavenly fruits." Apple is a real little repository of ingredients that positively affect our organism: dietary fibber, vitamin C, A, E, B1, B2, and B6, beta-carotene, minerals, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron. Thanks to the high percentage of carbohydrates, especially fructose and glucose, the apple supplies the body with energy, prevents tiredness and loss of concentration.

All workshops are organized in the Centre for the promotion of typical products owned by Cluster "Touch of Tradition" managed by the Association BOSPER. The cluster was formed in order to further valorise traditional / typical products and to improve the development of rural areas. Members of the Cluster are associations of agricultural producers, associations of craftsmen and old crafts, cooperatives, local communities and the Faculty of Technology Tuzla and the Tourist Board of the Tuzla Canton (TK). In the renovated Centre for promotion of typical products Tuzla, members exhibited their products, because we want to bring our tradition closer to our citizens and through various promotional activities to improve the sale of these products.

After the workshops were completed, women agro-entrepreneurs started this production in their households at the beginning of autumn. Part of this story can be seen in the attached photos.

U proteklom periodu Udruženje BOSPER je realizovalo dvije stručne radionice kako bi se unaprijedila proizvodnja tradicionalnih domaćih proizvoda. Na prvoj radionici smo prezentirali tehnologiju pripreme tarhane a na drugoj proizvodnju sokova od jabuke.

Tarhana koja se pravi u Bosni, je tjestenina za čorbe i supe, koja može biti kisela i obična. U kiselu tarhanu se dodaje sok od paradajza. Dodatkom ove tjestenine pojačavamo hranjivu vrijednost čorbica i koristimo ujedno paradajz koji nije za konzumaciju u svježem stanju, čime povećavamo iskorištenost proizvodnje.

Sok od jabuke, gdje smo ponudili još jednu mogućnost za konzumiranje, tokom cijele godine, ove zdrave namirnice, koju mnogi zovu “rajsko voće” . Jabuka je prava mala riznica sastojaka koji pozitivno utiču na naš organizam: dijetalnih vlakana, vitamina C, A,E,B1,B2,B6, beta-karotena, minerala, kalijuma, kalcijuma, fosfora, magnezijuma i gvožđa. Zahvaljujući velikom procentu ugljenih hidrata, posebno fruktozi i glukozi, jabuka snabdijeva organizam energijom, sprečava umor i gubitak koncentracije.

Sve radionice su organzovane u Centru za promociju tipičnih proizvoda koja je u vlasništvu Klastera „Dodir tradicije“ kojim upravalja Udruženje BOSPER. Klaster je formiran u cilju dalje valorizacije tradicionalnih/tipičnih proizvoda  i unaprijeđenja  razvoja ruralnih područja. Članovi Klastera su udruženja poljoprivrednih proizvođača, udruženja obrtnika i starih zanata, zadruge, lokalne zajednice te Tehnološki Fakultet Tuzla i Turistička zajednica Tuzlanskog kantona (TK). U renoviranom Centru za promociju tipičnih proizvoda u centru Tuzle, nalaze se svi proizvodi članica jer želimo našu tradiciju približiti našim građanima i kroz različite promotivne aktivnosti poboljšati prodaju ovih proizvoda.

Nakon realizovanih radionica, žene agropoduzetnice su na početku jeseni krenule sa proizvodnjom u svojim domaćinstvima.
